This section – “Beauty for Ashes” is a series of daily studies aimed to help women who have been hurt and are suffering from the consequences of their husbands’ sexual sin.
There is hope in Christ for you. Your Abba Father loves His little girl and His heart breaks for you. He wants to see you healed and it is only the healing balm of the Holy Spirit that can reach down and do this. I pray that through these studies, God will bring you joyous and beautiful things in exchange for the mourning and sadness you have been feeling.
DAILY READINGS
Jesus came to give us life in abundance. He hung on the cross for you and went to hell and back so you could be set free from the emotional bondage you may feel you are in right now. These daily readings are verses which spoke to my heart during my healing process and how God comforted and helped me during many difficult circumstances in my life.

MEMORY VERSES:
2 CORINTHIANS 1:4
He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.
PSALM 103:2-5
Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
1 CORINTHIANS 13:4-7
Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
PROVERBS 31
…. A Virtuous Woman serves God with all of her heart, mind, and soul. She seeks His will for her life and follows His ways ….
MARK 11:23
I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him.
PSALM 91 (I would memorise as much of Psalm 91 as possible as it is filled with God’s promises)
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust”.
